Possible Salmonella in Recalled Dog Chews

Certain dog chews manufactured by T.W. Enterprises of Ferndale, WA have been recalled after samples of the product, tested by the FDA, indicate they may be contaminated with Salmonella spp. This recall is not related to the 'melamine contaminated food recall'. People handling these treats can become infected with Salmonella spp.
